| You will be exiting the MRT station from the A Exit Sunset City. To reach the A exit, first take the escalator up. |

| Continue up the second escalator on the left. |
| |

| Continue straight. Make sure you follow the A Exit signs. |
| |
 |
| Take the route on the right to reach the A Exit. |
| |
 |
| Go up the escalator to reach Sunset City. |
| |
 |
| Go straight along Nicoll Highway, through Sunset City. |
| |
 |
| Continue to go straight until you reach the carpark area. From there, head towards the the pedestrian overhead bridge on the left. |

| Go up the overhead bridge and turn left. |
| |

| Continue along the bridge to South Beach Tower, but instead of entering the building, turn right. |
| |
 |
| Continue along the bridge until you reach the end and go down. |
| |

| When you reach the ground floor, turn to the left and continue down the path. |
| |

| You will eventually reach Beach Road. Turn to the right, past Shaw Tower's car park, and continue along the path. |

| Once you reach Qiji, turn left to cross the road. |
| |

| Ahead of you should be the Chye Sing Building. Be cautious of traffic. |

| Enter the building and go to the second floor. Take a left into Unit #02-06 to #02-10. |
